at a month’s worth of applications on Indeed, we find that the group of people submitting the highest number of applications are far less likely to receive a positive response from employers.

Neha my advice is the most important thing you can do in your job search is to carefully evaluate each job you’re applying for. When you find a posting you like, ask yourself if it’s a job you’re qualified for and actually want to do. Also, review our guidelines for a safe job.

With a child, better she can work from home as a freelancer that can help her safeguard her child with proper care. She should combine her past experience with current trend and shape to the present job requirements. She has to gather all the confidence & present herself fit

Gaurav Mehta‏ @Mr_GauravMehta Nov 27

The Most Important Thing to do is to believe in yourself first! If you are firm about working again and can handle both things together, her spark would be in turn visible to the recruiters and would then get back to work!

So always have a Plan B, which is sure to come in handy sometime or other. It can be a friend, family or even another babysitter. #contest #Competitions

No matter how appealing the childcare you heard from your friend seems, do not change your current childcare. This is because babies take time to get comfortable with a person, and changing the facility frequently can result in the child being unsettled and anxious #contest

There is no harm in asking, so ask your employer for flexibility regarding work matters if you can. This can give them time to prepare for it, and you might get flexible timings or even work-from-home options to help you care for the child better.

3rd Step Get help to set up a work from home career or share your profile with potential employers if you wish to pursue a regular job. #Competitions #contest #career

2nd step Get theory & practical work experience by completing the course successfully. Receive two certificates 1) E-commerce 2) Digital media

First Join one of our E-commerce & Digital Marketing course. Get a 100% course fee waiver. Available courses - GEP: Global E-commerce Professional -GEMS: Global E-commerce Marketing specialist #giveaway #Contest #Competition

Amiya Gopal Saha Definitely Neha goes back to her work. But there is some problem may be face by Neha due to 2 years gap for being a mother. Today’s world rapidly changing and very challenging. Because nothing comes in this World without hardwork. I advice Neha to coordinate with colleagues and search new jobs that is perfectly suited for her ,Use her previous experiences how to get a good job . She is a mother now so it’s very important to care her baby also and simultaneously doing job . So time is very important to her how to maintain both life smoothly. My advice to Neha choose a job which gives you time to maintain Motherhood and where she works for specific time.
